Hidden Key Escape Rooms operates in Naperville, one of the wealthiest suburbs in Illinois. The opportunity and the challenge are the same: affluent customers with high expectations. They were charging premium prices but their marketing did not reflect premium positioning. Their ads looked like every other escape room, which made it hard to justify their higher ticket prices. Corporate team building was an untapped opportunity, but they had no campaigns targeting businesses. They needed marketing that matched their premium positioning and captured high-value corporate bookings.

We built a premium multi-channel strategy. Allocated $45/day to Search campaigns targeting high-intent corporate and consumer keywords. Added $10/day Performance Max for local discovery and Google Maps visibility. Added $10/day Display Remarketing to stay top-of-mind with premium audiences. For corporate, we targeted "corporate team building Naperville," "executive team building Chicago," and "leadership retreat activities" with dedicated landing pages showcasing private event spaces, catering options, and corporate testimonials. Ad copy emphasized premium experiences: "Naperville's Highest-Rated Escape Rooms," "Private Corporate Events," "Executive Team Building." The premium positioning sustained higher pricing while corporate events drove 40% of total revenue.
