Code To Escape needed help managing their Escape Room’s online presence and increasing its bookings. They tried running some Google and Facebook Ads on their own but didn’t see great results and weren’t sure where their money was going.

Our Strategy

We created a strategy to capture local searches for this customer using paid Google and Facebook ads. We target the best keywords and place eye-catching ads targeting specific locations to get high-quality clicks that convert.

The Problem

This client wasn’t getting the return on investment he needed to increase his profits. During the COVID lockdown, they completely stopped operating due to government policy. When they re-opened, they weren’t getting enough bookings.

The Solution

We performed an audit and ended up restructuring their campaigns, removing some, creating new ones, and reallocating ad spend budget. Many underperforming keywords were paused, and negative keywords were added. We decreased the spend on high-cost keywords and allocated budget to better performing, less expensive keywords. Tested the results using A/B test campaigns, and added Facebook remarketing ads.

The Problem

Suffolk Escape Academy had a lot of leads reported as conversions in the Google Ads interface, but most of them had never actually converted. We optimized the accounts based on the highest quality leads with the highest chance of converting.

The Solution

We pulled reports from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Peek Pro to create powerful pivot tables that identify the top closing keywords. Then we restructured the keywords that had the best booking rates and compared them to Google’s Ad Spend, focusing on budget for these top keywords. We added Google and Facebook remarketing campaigns and tracked conversions with their booking engine.

Results Achieved:

Their ROAS increased by 36%, total booking increased by 156%, ad spends decreased by 16%, and total lifetime value increased by over $50,000.
